CORONAVIRUS – COVID-19 BUSINESS UPATE
Firstly everyone at Alpha Rapid Repair would like to express our sincere hopes that you our customers, your friends and families are well during what is clearly a very difficult time.
Following the Government’s new recommendations regarding the COVID-19 virus, including avoiding all unnecessary contact and travel, here at Alpha Rapid Repair we are still open for business and will remain to do so until told otherwise. Given the critical support that we provide to keep key worker moving, garages like us are exempt from the business closure order. We will be taking all the relevant steps following the advice, guidelines and best practice from local authorities and the Government in order to keep our staff, suppliers and customers safe. We will be taking the following steps:
- We have reduced the number of office staff by instructing them to work from home. They will be contactable by email and phone as normal and will continue to fulfil their roles to the best of their abilities.
- Visits to our site have been restricted and customers can send photos of their damaged vehicles over by email if they wish, this will help with social distancing.
- We have also reduced the number of staff in the workshop to again help with social distancing.
- All our remaining staff are regularly cleaning all surfaces and shared equipment, including door handles and the card payment machine. Anti-bacterial wipes are available for customers on arrival.
- Should you prefer to have no contact, its possible for you to park and drop your keys off. We can communicate over the phone or via email, payments can be made by bacs or over the phone and your invoice can be left in your vehicle for when you collect.
We will monitor the government recommendations closely and roll out the appropriate measures. The safety of our staff and customers is our primary concern. Together we can help keep key workers moving by following this guidance.
