Alpha Rapid Repair strongly believes in investing in a brighter future to help us grow. We offer a structured training programme which give young people a chance to work towards a qualification within the motor trade. This will help them gain the skills and knowledge that they need to succeed within our industry.
Apprentices will spend much of their time gaining skills on the job and will attend the Remit Automotive Academy VIA block release.
Remit group has made a significant investment in an attempt to plug the skills gap in the automotive industry. Based in Derby, right in the heart of the UK, Remits brand new automotive academy will provide a one stop solution for all automotive employees looking for quality apprenticeship delivery with excellent hands on facilities. The academy offers block training for all apprenticeships in light and heavy vehicles, paint, body repair, M.E.T and parts. Classrooms, workshops and all other facilities have been designed to offer the very best training and education for all apprentices.

Alpha Rapid Repair is proud to be taking on two new apprentices for 2020 to help our growing business move forward for the further. Harley Bowles (panel beater) and Tobias Courtier (MET) will be joining Lewis Foreman (Paint) to take Alpha Rapid Repair up to three apprentices. Harley and Tobias have both successfully completed a work experience training period and we have very high hopes that they will become rising stars within our business and the motor industry. They will both be joining the Remit Training Program and receive on the job training.
